Pyrrole is the basic structural unit of heme, chlorophyll, bile pigment, some amino acids, some alkaloids and some enzymes. These compounds have strong physiological activities and drug functions. Chemicalbook vitamin B12, gastric changnine, hyalinic acid (ascaris repellant), Lincomycin (antibiotic) and other drugs contain hydropyrrole ring structure. After 1979, it was found that pyrrole can be prepared by electrochemical oxidation of flexible conductive polymer film, conductivity of 104S/m, and has good stability.
